When writing personalized cold emails, sales reps first research the prospect. Then, they explain how their company’s products or services can meet the prospect’s needs.
And they do this one by one for each email. No wonder companies are expecting 25 emails a day because they think it will take them 2-3 hours.
If you were to bake 25 cup cakes, you’d collect eggs, flour and other ingredients at one place and then get ready to make those cup cakes.
In culinary, this is called mis en place.

3. Let's say you gather data from various sources such as LinkedIn profiles or company information. You can use free tools like Phantom Buster, or even have an intern compile this data for you.
